Please take the time to read this entire notice and refer to the FAQ’s below. We expect our customer service department to be overloaded with this announcement, and this email should address nearly every question you have as well as provide news and updates as we transition. The ability to load and activate any cards in your inventory will end at end of day (EST) on Sunday, February 6th, 2022.
We will not fulfill any orders for additional inventory starting today, Monday, January 31st.
All of the inventory you have cannot be used for any activity after the service shuts down on Sunday, February 6th, 2022. You can discard all of the unloaded plastics, sleeves and the box as well. These will not be re-usable going forward.
If you need any details on the transactions from your account for accounting purposes for your small business, please contact us and we can retrieve these for you.
If you have accrued over 1,500 points by the time the service ends and have not already redeemed your reward, please submit via the rewards website: https://store.cardnow.com/pages/cardnow-loyalty-program before the service shuts down.
The platform and service are being acquired and will be incorporated into a new launch later this year. We will make appropriate announcements about the new service soon, which will incorporate additional features and access to more gifting and reward services.
